#118 dialog placement ignores _NET_WORKAREA

I've noticed that the search dialog gets placed under the mouse, wherever it happens to be. However, I have a toolbar with a strut at the top of my screen, and Nedit will place the search dialog under it if my mouse is there. `xprop -root' shows that the toolbar height is included in the _NET_WORKAREA property.

I'm afraid we have to let this stand. NEdit has too many issues in environments it is supposed to work in than to take on new environments.
