#113 elastic tabs mode

Hiya Nedit developers,
love your work, totally!!

I was wondering if anyone has heard of this new tab
mode, 'elastic tabs':

I reckon this could potentially become a commonly
adopted thing in the future, since there are so many
issues with tabsVSspaces and this solves them in a nice
clean way.

I just thought i'd see if any of you would be keen to
put it into nedit?
