#104 Drag and drop tabs between running nc instances.

The ability to middle click and drag tabs from one
instance of an nedit (nc) window and drop them into
another window thereby moving the file being edited.
I regularly have multiple windows with multiple tabs in
each and sometimes wish I could reorganize which
windows had which tabs.
