Two versions of the same ebook, both downloaded from www.craphound.com. One crashes DSLibris giving a guru meditation error, the other works fine. The first (with the author name in the booklist) was downloaded as an .epub file, the second was the HTML file converted through calibre 0.6.1.9.

Adding the books as an attachment didn't work so I will email them to you directly.

I think .epub files are not supported yet only xhtml.
