#4 Win32 License shown is not GPL

The License shown in the Win32 Version (1.32.2) is
definitely _not_ the GPL.

Since I could not find any hint at the "License" field
(in the main page on SF) that the Win32 Version is
non-GPL, I consider this a bug.

Please either fix the license satement in the
installation-file(s) of place a appropriate note on
webpage.

this is not a bug, but mistake :) On the past ndsad is not a
open source project, so license is left on installation
file. We fix this in near future.
