Is there a setting in the .inf > file I need to change in order to get the thing turned on? There is. The thing you could do is to look at the inf file you used to install the driver with. In the top part it has an explanation of all the settings you can set with their default values. Then just edit the conf file for your card in /etc/ndsiwrapper/yourcard/yourconf.conf. As an example you could take a look at the attached tgz (included at mailinglist). It contains my configuration for a Belkin 54G card with the broadcom 4320 chipset rev 3.
