[Ndiswrapper-general] Dell Inspiron 8200 + Broadcom 4301: Oopses

I have just tried my Broadcom Card on my Inspiron 8200
running under Debian test/unstable [kernel 2.4.23]
with the current CVS:
whereas I can insmod the ndiswrapper.o driver with no problem,
I got troubles when I loaddrive-ed the the window$ driver:
please find attached the corresponding trace.
