That it did with mine as well. But, everytime I boot, "ifconfig -a" doesn't show wlan0 until I manually do "modprobe ndiswrapper". This isn't right, right? ------------------------------ Message: 3 Date: Thu, 26 Jul 2007 10:36:42 -0400 From: Pavel Roskin <pr...@gn...> Subject: Re: [Ndiswrapper-general] SIOCSIFFLAGS: No such file or directory To: Andy <and...@gm...> Cc: ndi...@li... Message-ID: <1185460602.13670.3.camel@dv> Content-Type: text/plain On Thu, 2007-07-26 at 10:24 +0000, Andy wrote:

ndiswrapper -l: lsbcmnds : driver installed device (14E4:4318) present

[skip]

ndiswrapper version 1.44 loaded (smp=no) Adding 597232k swap on /dev/hda2. To make ndiswrapper handle the device, you need to blacklist or remove bcm43xx module. The error comes from bcm43xx and is caused by the lack of the firmware.

-- http://sanctifusion.blogspot.com Are you sanctifused?

|
