Just noticed a nasty bug with 1.1rc4: You can't reload ndiswrapper module as
ndis_mdl cache pool was not being destroyed while unloading module. This is
fixed in the latest snapshot. Unless I see any more critical issues, I will
release 1.1 instead of going through another rc.
