Using bcmwl5.sys and bcmwl5.inf. Ndiswrapper 0.4 worked with a default configuration, although WEP didn't in 0.4. Ndiswrapper 0.10 works, with WEP, set WEP before ESSID(not that I've tried it the otherway around). I had to do some extra steps to get it working. Like linking /usr/sbin/loadndisdriver to /sbin/loadndisdriver where it was installed. But this may just be 2.4.x kernel issue. Or caused by some 0.4 remnants I remove post mortem. I can't really tell about the ethernet card. But that's another device for another mailing list. James |
