#11 Create time data

Hi Charlie,

I wrote a short script to add time data into a file depending on the year of the file.
I wonder if this can be usefull to other users because when I browsed through the Help on SourceForge I did'nt happen to find any solution to my need.

You surely do have some suggestions for improving this script.
