I added long options, but only in you have getopt_long() from glibc, and then conditionally compiled in. You can see them with --help on any operator, and most are listed in the documentation now. Let me know, or go ahead and change, any you feel are confusing. For example, to print to the screen with ncks, it is --here for -H. However, for -R to retain remotely retrieved files I used --keep.
