I came across a couple of cases where ncra seems to fail (averaging 2 input files for integer variables with missing values). I have added the tests to nco_bm.pl, so expect a couple of ncra failures when you do make test now.

I have fixed all known ncra-regressions.
I changed a fairly fundamental function (nco_var_refresh()) to do so.
Let me know if you notice any odd behavior...
No regressions remain on x86 builds (for now :).
If you merge these changes into mpncra, they may
fix the problems you encountered.
