For some reason nco_bm.pl always gets checked out as mode 644, i.e., non-executable. Could you please change it to mode 755?
I don't know if there's a cvs command to do this.
I don't think so.
You may need to submit a sourceforge help ticket and ask them,
because it may involve manually changing the repository.
I had to do that once, and they were helpful.
In any case, let's make sure executables (e.g., scripts) are mode
755 before we do cvs add's to try to avoid this problem in the
future.
