#12 NCIDpop updates all call logs if "Auto accept changes..." is checked

When there are lots of cidcall.log files, the delay can be considerable and there's no message shown by NCIDpop about what it is doing. In addition, the cidupdate is blocking and NCIDpop can't query the server.

Request: Allow NCIDpop "Auto accept changes..." to have single-log and all-logs choices, like the user gets when "Auto accept changes..." is UNchecked.
