Please consider writing and installing an AppData file with the application description and some screenshots, else Haxima looks really bad in the GNOME and KDE Software Centers. We'd love to showcase more applications, but without the extra data file we can't. See http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/ for details; thanks!

Please consider improving and installing this AppData file we wrote: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hughsie/fedora-appstream/master/appdata-extra/desktop/haxima.appdata.xml
I'll add it to the repo, but what do I do with it? Does an installer need
to put it someplace? For what distro or package manager is it intended?

You can change the description or use better screenshots that the ones we chose; it's really up to you to make a description that will encourage users to install Haxima.
It needs to install it to /usr/share/appdata
44% of all the applications in Fedora 22 ship AppData files now. They're being consumed by Fedora, Suse, Debian and soon to be Arch too.
