I apologise for the question. The leader of the bandits Nate offers to join you. If you order him to leave you he promises to wait you. After that if you ask him to rejoin he says he cannot join you.
Hmm. Needs some bugfixing in nate.scm.He joins automatically the first time in nate-hail, but he doesnt have any mechanism to re-join.
