[Navit-users] GPL navigation icons from openstreetmaps

I looked at the list of unfound xpm files, and found matching
files in the Debian's openstreetmap-icon packages.

This package has a GPL licence, so copying icons into
navit (also GPL) is ok. Some xpm files are converted from png files.

I tested tested these icons by copying them into
/usr/local/share/navit/xpm
They came up fine in navit, and looks mostly ok.

The correct place in the source is src/xpm/ I think.
