Hi Aurelien. You're pretty productive :) This patch has been discussed on our IRC channel. (maybe you should come there : irc.freenode.org channel #navit). cp15 thinks it would be better to use street_name and street_name_systematic (which equals ref in osm)... But this means we either have to change the binfile driver to search for a label or add an additional attribute for the label. The patch could be applied today, but it would need some extra work.
