Sorry, the full history thing is a no-go, I misunderstood what you
said in your earlier email... You wouldn't be able to extract only
the 4.0 branch from the cvs backup anyway. 4.0.10 is good.
I just added a switch parsing RFE. Extracted from my repo and diffed
against 4.0.10, but untested. Shouldn't be too much wrong. Find your
gnarliest switch parsing code and give it a try...
