Regarding PHP, now it has useful feature that if module is not 
thread-safe it will not be compiled when threading is enabled.
We are usuing PHP with RoundCube Webmail and Drupal 
(http://www.drupal.org) system and it never crashed and works very stable.

I thought that Javascript can be used same way, as external module.
And Tcl will not be overhead beacuse if my conn thread does not call any 
Tcl script Tcl interp is not used, instead i can register Javascript 
server-side proc that will be called directly through the module.
