I can't speak of others but if you have a problem with the server code itself and if I see that I can help I will do that. I'm already maintaining the Tcl threading extension so I know what you are asking about... I will have to go and double-check against the 4.5 list. As the matter of fact, we added quite a lot of core-code which is not in the 4.5. The only source of such info at this moment is the ChangeLog.
