[naviserver-devel] PHP module

I just commited PHP module, initially it was based on old aolserver 
phpmodule but i had to rewrite it completely for Naviserver and new PHP. 
I tested it with Drupal, and couple of webmail packages, works fine with 
PostgreSQL and sqlite.
Just letting all know if anyone is interested.
