[naviserver-devel] Win32

Hi everybody,

it would be cool to have a NaviServer Win32 binary in our download section, 
what do you think? Is it possible for someone to compile it? Is the current 
release compiling at all?

I would see no need to place lots of modules with it, just the bare minimum. 
And a Readme "Run productions sites with it at your own risk" :-)
