Helo Guys,

Can we close nscache incorporating into the core?

I will be soon producing some product involving naviserver which uses 
nscache and having it in the core would simplify life a little bit.

But if it will not be backward compatible, this will introduce more 
problems because ther are a lot of software using ns_cache API.

Can we just put existing module into the core? It's been working good in 
the past.
