I just grepped through all the modules on SF and couldn't find any calls to NS_TCL_TRACE_CEALLOCATE (or Ns_TclRegisterAtCleanup). Make sure you're running the latest CVS. I fixed a bug in nsdb which causes this log message a couple of days ago.
