Ah.. you ment overriding "proc" itself?

So, instead of saying

   proc myproc {arg1 arg2 args} {
      ....
   }

one can also say:

   proc myproc {-a {-b ""} -- x {y Y} args} {
      ....
   }

So, in fact the "proc" becomes more clever?
