I'd opt to use Tcl doctools. It allows to write good Tcl/C docs in a very simple POD-like format and it produces nroff, html and wiki output (among others). In some weeks I will have a complete set of everything needed to start filling in content. There is already content on AOL site and some on the wiki. It should be easy to cut/paste from there after the frwamework has been setup. > 4.
