[naviserver-devel] Please update ChangeLog after making changes

Hi!

We should always update the ChangeLog after making changes to the tree.
This way one can immediately see what has been done lately. 

Vlad, can you please reflect changes made in files below into
the ChangeLog? I know I'm a pest, but it is really important
to do so. One simple short sentence would do...
