Summary:     new feature: provide access to request AND reply header fields via "exteheaders" specification.

It is now optionally possible to specify the header fields with a tag "request:" or "reply:" to
denote request and reply header fields. In case, no tag is provided, field names are
interpreted as request header fields. The change is fully backwards compatible,
