Summary:     handle cases better, where writer thread delivers data, but connection
thread wants still to write on it. This might have happened especially
in erronous application code, issueing e.g. two ns_return immediately
in a row. From the client side, "ns_conn close" is returned, when
the connection thread can't write to the connection anymore.
