I do not use any Visual Studio Project Files for Naviserver.  The ones
in Mercurial are old and I have no idea if they work or not.

The Naviserver Windows build I've been working on is controlled by the
makefiles, a combination of the two Windows-only Makefile.win32 for
nmake, and the individual module-specific makefiles which work in both
Gnu make and Microsoft nmake.
