Here are my sources along with all the VC10 projects and 
makefiles for a 64-bit build of Naviserver 4.99.2 with TCL 8.4.18.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to fidget with the makefiles 
and VC projects to make them universally usable.

As a starting point use the VC10 mynavi/win32/navi.sln for 
building the server.

Everything is unedited the we use it for our own purposes. You'll 
probably run into some post-build batch script errors. Simply 
remove the post-build tasks from the projects.
