Initial Comment:
Using 'ns_env get' behaves like 'ns_env get -nocomplain' while 
the latter complains: 
 
% 
% ns_env get AAA 
% ns_env get -nocomplain AAA 
no such environment variable: AAA 
% 
 
(Tested in command line mode)
