#5 QueryForDictionary?

In the C# version, I wonder if we should offer a
QueryForDictionary alias method for QueryForMap. The
"Map" suffix doesn't make any sense in C#, since there
is not a Map interface.

Good remark, I have try to keep the API as Ibatis but an alias
is a good solution.
