#6 Add the engineering cameras to Saturn V/1b

As I'm sure we've all seen on documentaries at some
point, there were various cameras fitted to the Saturn
V and 1b (at least in early flights) for engineering
use: they'd film things like stage seperation, then be
ejected and parachute back to Earth.

Even if we don't fully simulate them by dropping them
out and having them parachute back from the first and
second stages, it would be nice to be able to view the
launch from those camera positions to recreate the
shots that you see on TV. As with the CM, where you can
use 6, 7, 8, and 9 keys to move the viewpoint around,
that could be extended to move the viewpoint to the
camera locations with other keys.

    First phase with cameras on the SII and S1c now check in
    using the 1, 2 and 3 keys.
