#14 Fails to build with libXaw-1.0.16

libXaw-1.0.16 changed its API and nas fails to build now. An attached patch fixes it.

Hi, this patch was incomplete - it had no effect as the config/ bits needed to be updated and config/configure regenerated.

I've gone ahead and merged your fix, along with my changes. I still get warnings on those calls (missing const-ness), but it will do for now.
