Currently, I'm thinking that the following would be a good set of base
functionality for all IDE add-ins:

1. Support arranging the current/selected document
2. Support arranging the selected project
3. Support arranging the entire solution
4. For all arrange operations, provide undo/rollback functionality
5. Support the following configuration:
a. Create/Select/Edit the XML config file by launching the NArrange
configuration editor.
b. Store the selected config file path in user settings.
