Hi. I suggest you try turning your scanner off and on again, then restarting your computer. If that doesn't fix it, you could also try using TWAIN instead of WIA in your profile settings.

My scanner with Nap2 had been working just fine, until one day I tried to use it and I got the following error message: an error has occured with your scanner driver, below are the technical details. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this. Thank you.
