You might find this documentationhttps://www.naps2.com/doc-org-use.html#optional-files helpful. Or, if you're using the portable version, you could put NAPS2 on a USB and download the OCR files on another computer.

Hello, and thanks for this great program.
Unfortunately our organization doesn't allow to download files directly from the internet (for security reasons), therefore it is not possible to install the needed language for the OCR-function of NAP2.
It would be possible to transfer files to my computer manually (e.g. via DataStick). Could you please add the possibility to download the language files directly and install them manually? That would be great :-)
