Hello, The scanning program I had is going out of business. I need help trying to import my documents. They are PDF and the program brought them in but I could not save them. Anything I can do?
Thanks You,
Dianne
Hi Ben, I'm getting an error message that says my documents must have been
scanned by Naps2 (which by the way I love!). When I import them they show
up in Naps2 but there doesn't appear to be a way to save them so as soon as
I get out of Naps2 and go back in again they're gone. Please let me know if
you need anything else.
Thanks, Dianne

I'd like to import them so I can keep all my scanned docs together and when
I open the program they're all there. It's not a matter of editing them, I
just want to collectively keep them under 1 engine? Is that silly? Should I
just use my PDF program to look at them and print them?
Why do you need to import them to NAPS2, since they're already scanned to
PDF? Unfortunately NAPS2 isn't capable of editing PDFs created by other
software.

Okay, I see. It's not silly, but NAPS2 just isn't designed for that. It's
not a document management program like some other scanning software. It's
best to use NAPS2 just to scan and save your documents, and then review
them from a PDF viewer or separate document management software.

I see. Thanks for your help Ben. Do you know if sourceforge has a document
management system?
