I am running NAPS2 version 8.3.2.0 on Windows 11 and connecting to my Brother MFC-J6935DW all-in-one printer via a wired LAN connection. I am experiencing a severe left-margin cutoff when attempting to scan with predefined settings to bypass the native driver UI. The issue disappears completely when I select 'Use Native UI', but it persists across both WIA and TWAIN profiles under predefined configurations. Forcing a Left horizontal alignment does not fix the cutoff. When I enable the 'Offset width based on alignment (WIA)' option, the application overcorrects and grabs more of the page than needed, sweeping past the physical borders. This issue is unique to NAPS2, as standalone copies and other PDF scanning tools capture the margins correctly. I need assistance figuring out how to properly adjust or override the alignment offsets so I can scan quietly without sacrificing my left margins.

Have you tried with "Right" alignment?

The Right alignment fixed the single sided, but not the duplex.
