#1074 Can't find scanner
My wife has Naps2 on her Windows machine and it works fine. I have it on my Mac running Catalina, 10.15 and it can't find the scanner. It worked when I had a HP 2540, but now I have a 2720e Naps2 suddenly can't find the scanner. Give me some tips. The scanner is on the network, at 192.168.8.145 and the Mac is 192.168.8.109.
It's set up in the System Settings, and I've even tried it with its IP address, to no avail. I get error -21345 when I try to scan.
