Thanks for the suggestion! I quite liked the idea and so added the capability to the latest version of NAPS2 (2.0). You can use NAPS2.Console.exe, which is right beside NAPS2.exe in the installation folder. To see the command line options, try:
naps2.console --help
I also intend to add some further documentation to the wiki pages in the near future.

I was looking for a scanning program which could be called by command line, in order to pass a name folder or file name for the scanned file.
I think this could be a great advantage to integrate this program with diferent apps.

I was wondering if it is possible to not display the acquiring data dialog windows?
It's not possible with the current version of NAPS2, though I may be able to figure out a way to do it in a future version.
