possible bug in auto save settings

Hi,

When i deselect prompt for file path there is no pdf created just a larger
file without pdf extension. When I add extension and try to open it fails.

Selecting the prompt for file path option results in creating a pdf as
expected but I have to select the path every time or acknowledge the current
path.

Any suggestion to solve this?

Add the extension to the end of the path you write in the textbox.
...$(nn).pdf

just did not think of that because it did work with selection box.
