Issue with HP M1217nfw MFP

Seems I am having an issue with my HP M1217nfw MFP and the NAPS2 software I get the dread "An error occurred with the scanning driver" error. Below is the errorlog.txt.
2014-04-07 20:17:18.1846 An error occurred with the scanning driver. System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range.
at WIA.CommonDialogClass.ShowTransfer(Item Item, String FormatID, Boolean CancelError)
at NAPS2.Scan.Wia.WiaApi.GetImage()
at NAPS2.Scan.Wia.WiaScanDriver.<scan>d__0.MoveNext()</scan>
Not sure what to do at this time. I have tried uninstalling both the software and the printer drivers and re-installing both again. Still receive the same error.
