Duplex-Scan via Feeder with canon mx75

    greetings from berlin / germany and sorry for my bad english ;-)

    i have a canon mx725 installed in Windows 10 64bit Ver 1803 ... installed from Windows 10 WITHOUT Canon-software .. with "Microsoft Fax & Scan" the Duplex-Scan via feeder runs quickly ...

    Now i'm starting naps 5.82 ... normal scan from glass or feeder iss possible ... but if i use DUPLEX ... then comes an error wih these description

    NAPS2.Scan.Exceptions.ScanDriverUnknownException: Ein Fehler ist mit dem Scanner-Treiber aufgetreten. ---> System.ArgumentException: Der Wert liegt außerhalb des erwarteten Bereichs.
    bei WIA.CommonDialogClass.ShowTransfer(Item Item, String FormatID, Boolean CancelError)
    bei NAPS2.Scan.Wia.ForegroundWiaTransfer.<>c__DisplayClass2_0.<transfer>b__1(WiaState wia)
    bei NAPS2.Scan.Wia.WiaBackgroundEventLoop.<>c__DisplayClass8_01.<GetSync>b__0(WiaState wia) bei NAPS2.Scan.Wia.WiaBackgroundEventLoop.<>c__DisplayClass7_0.<DoSync>b__0() --- Ende der internen Ausnahmestapelüberwachung --- bei NAPS2.Scan.Wia.WiaApi.ThrowDeviceError(Exception error) bei NAPS2.Scan.Wia.WiaBackgroundEventLoop.DoSync(Action1 action)
    bei NAPS2.Scan.Wia.WiaBackgroundEventLoop.GetSyncT</transfer>

    anybody an idea whats the reason is?
    How can i use the duplex-feature?

    Hi,

    Have you tried using TWAIN instead of WIA?

    Same with my Canon Pixma MX925.
    WIA can't use the Duplex but TWAIN can use Duplex very well.

    Apologies for my long absence ... now i use also the Twain Driver and it runs ... thanks Ben ;-)
