NAPS2 continues to scan after feeder is empty

I'm using NAPS2 with a Brother MFC-L2700DW, and it works great except if I'm using the document feeder it will continue to scan even then the feeder is empty and there is nothing to process.
I"ve attached the profile and config files here.
