#75 vsshistory property user causes invalid schema

Hi,

After trying to use nantschema to integrate nantcontrib in
VS XMLSpy stated an invalidity of NAnt.Contrib.Tasks.
SourceSafe.History

After quick peek into it seems that the user properties of
vsshistory and vssbasetask duplicates the schema
attribute user (see attatched txt file)

Besides this property is not viewable in help since there
the obsolete user property of basetask is shown

IMHO the user property of vsshistory should be changed
to something different (sorry I don't have any idea)
