I'm nomenclaturally challeneged.  The idea was more important than the
specific implementation. (I happen to like yours better)

Note to self: Figure out how to merge repository changes to local copy.
Note to self: Figure out how to use Nunit.

Aaron, thanks for the fix.  I took the idea but changed it bit to make
it simplier.  I just moved the code that wrote the debug switches to
each specific compiler class.
